Flow from order to arrival
When your order is successfully completed, you will see the Order Completed page.
Order confirmation email
We will send you an email containing the details of your order. If you cannot confirm receipt, please check whether it is saved in spam mail or trash. If you cannot confirm receipt in any folder, please contact us.
We usually ship within 2-4 business days of your order.
In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, after consulting with the person who ordered it, we will replace it with a similar product or refund only the product price.
(If we are unable to contact the person who placed the order, we will promptly refund the payment for the missing items and ship the other items.)
After processing the product, our staff will carefully pack it. The plastic rice bag will be wrapped in plastic wrap. In addition, we use recyclable packing materials and carry out eco activities.
Shipment of goods
DPD will send you an email with a tracking code every day after it is picked up. This email is the final contact, so please check the delivery status using the tracking code after that.
Arrival of goods
The products will vary depending on the shipping method specified and your shipping address. In normal shipping, it will be delivered mainly in 1-2 business days, but please note that the delivery date may change due to the spread of the new coronavirus. (When ordering refrigerated or frozen items, we will specify express delivery that will arrive by 18:00 the next day.)
